Our nourishing shampoo bar comes in either a 100% recyclable paper envelope for orders of 6 or less or a kraft box, meaning it is both plastic free and curbside recyclable, for larger orders. The box includes a small paper label that has our branding and also serves as a tamper evident band!
There is a major single-use plastics problem in the world today and we wanted to do something about it.
Even if a plastic shampoo bottle is technically recyclable, the recycling rates of such bottles are low. This means these bottles are likely to send up in landfills or worse, in our oceans. Plastics also can fragment into small pieces called micro-plastics, which can cause such plastics to enter into our food stream.
With our packaging, we completely eliminate the use of plastics, which the vast majority of shampoo brands use!
We ship all of our shampoo bars in a 100% recyclable paper envelope or a cardboard box reducing the amount of plastic in landfills.
Our Nourish Shampoo Bar is designed to restore the balance between hydration, repair and nutrition.
To use, rub directly on the hair to create a lather, gently massage the scalp, rinse clean and follow with conditioner if you need to.
